Matt Barley
President
Matt has been working on product development for the industrial refrigeration industry for over 18 years. He has an extensive background in every facet of product development gained from his years of experience and successful global product launches. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Elizabethtown College where he was a founding member of the Engineering Advisory Council.
Randall Williford
Vice President - Engineering
Growing up on a small family farm, Randall learned the beauty in hard work and consistency. After graduating from Georgia Tech with a BS in computer engineering, Randall spent the next decade programming industrial machines. From multi-axis, high-speed coordinated motion, to water/wastewater, Randall has found a penchant and skill for machine automation. Whether it’s running 100-mile races or developing state-of-the-art machinery, Randall finishes the job.
